Use

The redo list is a database-internal list of transactions that is created by the redo log manager. It is kept in the working memory.

The redo list supplements the transaction list. It contains information on the transactions that the database system started after the most recent savepoint took place and in which sequence the transactions were carried out. These are the transactions that would need to be repeated if a restart or restore of the database was required.
