Maintaining the Viewport Tag in Portal on Device

When running iViews on mobile devices, the viewport meta tag is not applied when the iView is inside an iFrame.

The Launch in New Window property now has a new value. Choose Display in separate headerless portal window (viewport) to open the iView in a new window that includes the viewport meta tag in the HTML header.
