Removing Unused PCD Personalization DataLocate this document in the navigation structure

Administrators delete PCD content and personalization data of users that are no longer in the system.

Context

Tip

This procedure should be performed once a month. For large portal installations (over 50,000 users), every two weeks.

Procedure

  1. Select Start of the navigation path System Administration Next navigation step Support Next navigation step PCD Tools Next navigation step Personalization Data Cleanup Next navigation step Unused Personalization Data End of the navigation path.
  2. Choose Remove to remove unused personalization data.
