Independent of scheduling and executing reports of the Central Performance History (CPH), you can check at any time which MTE classes from which systems are in the CPH. You can also display the stored performance values of the MTE classes.
A data record of the CPH is characterized by the following parameters:
Parameter | Notes |
---|---|
System |
System ID |
Context |
Usually the name of the application server in the format <Host name>_<System-ID>_<Instance number> |
Object |
Such as Dialog |
Attribute |
Such as ResponseTime |
MTE Class |
Such as R3DiaologResponseTime |
Date |
|
Aggregate type |
Time unit between day and year |
Resolution |
Time unit between minute and day; for a basic explanation of the meaning of aggregate type and resolution, see aggregation |
Depending on the resolution, a data record has the following structure:
Resolution | Structure | Number of Values per Data Record |
---|---|---|
Minute |
The number of measurements and the total of the measured values are displayed for each time interval. The average value is only calculated for the creation of reports or in the display. |
2 ´ 1440 (Minutes per day) = 2880 |
Quarter hour |
2 ´ 96 (Quarter hours per day) = 192 |
|
Hour |
The number of measurements, the total, and the average of the measured values are displayed for each time interval. |
3 ´ 24 (Hours per day) = 72 |
Day |
3 |
You can also switch to this screen directly from the Alert Monitor (transaction RZ20). To do this, activate the maintenance functions, select the MTE classes for which you require CPH values, and choose Display History of Selected MTE Classes ().
