In the Project Explorer view, expand the rules composer DC node and the Rules Modeling node to view the flow ruleset.

Locating the Flow Ruleset in the Process Composer
In the Project Explorer view, expand the process composer DC node and the Rulesets node to view the flow ruleset.
Make sure you are in the Process Development perspective.
To open the Process Development perspective:

In SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio, choose
Window 
Open Perspective Other

In the dialog box that appears, choose Process Development and choose OK .

When you expand the flow ruleset node, you should see the following folders:
