Use

Description

The Attribute Pool State monitors enable you to view information regarding pooling of attributes of objects stored in the PCD. Pooling object attributes reduces memory consumption by reducing duplicate instances of the same attribute in the PCD, thereby improving performance.

The PCD attribute pooling properties are specified using the Java System Properties tool. The properties are located under the PCD Generic Layer service component, and all start with the prefix Pcd.Pl.AttributePool . For more information about the Java System Properties tool, see Java System Properties .

The Attribute Pool State monitors are located in the Monitor Browser of SAP NetWeaver Administrator. For more information, see Activating and Viewing Portal Monitors in SAP NetWeaver Administrator .
