In a load-balancing environment, several CM installations can be available. Each CM installation is given an ID when it is installed. This ID is automatically defined in the definition of the Content Management System in the KM system landscape.
When you configure scheduler tasks , you can define the Content Management System on which these are to be carried out.
You are using a load-balancing environment.
The following parameters are available for the configuration of a Content Management System:

Description of the Content Management system. |
A Content Management system is automatically created for each CM installation in the load-balancing environment.
For a list of all installed Content Management systems, see Content Management → Global Services → System Landscape Definitions → Systems → Content Management Systems.
To simplify the management of the system, give a description for each entry.
Then assign the scheduler tasks to the Content Management systems that are used.
You can also create a Content Management system if you are only operating one CM installation. If this is the case, you have to explicitly assign this system to all scheduler tasks.
