Configuring the Last Access ServiceLocate this document in the navigation structure

Context

The Last Access repository service gathers information about the read accesses to the resources for the needs of the archiving process. It provides this information when a resource needs to be selected for archiving based on "last access" criteria. For example, the data collected by the service is used as a criterion for marking for archiving by the Mark Rooms for Archiving and Mark KM Resources for Archiving reports.

Since the Last Access service is activated per repository, you need to activate it for each repository for which you want the service to collect the corresponding data.
