Use

Supportability

SAP NetWeaver Portal is supplied with a number of functions for extended supportability, for example, monitoring tools, reporting tools, log and trace files, and support desk tools. These functions are intended for use by administrators and support specialists.

Enabling Remote Support

If you want to allow an SAP support consultant to work remotely in your system to assist in problem diagnosis, or if you want to use SAP remote services, you need to set up a remote service connection.
