Audit Information System Workplace (New)
SAP NetWeaver Application Server ( SAP NetWeaver AS) ABAP offers a basic auditing function with the Audit Information System.
With the Audit Information System you can provide an auditor with documents and transactions in SAP NetWeaver Application Server for ABAP with which he or she can perform an audit. The auditor can then display the audit results for export and eventual delivery to the requester of the audit.
Your use case may require additional tools not provided by the Audit Information System.
The developer creates audit structures, a development object that contains the transactions and documents needed by the auditor. The developer also creates the role with the authorizations required to perform the audit.
The administrator transports the development object to the systems where the auditor works. The administrator also configures the display of the audit log. The administrator also assigns and adjusts the authorizations required by the auditor to perform the audit.
The auditor uses the Audit Information System Workplace (transaction SAIS) to perform the audit and record the results. When finished, the auditor prepares and exports his or her findings.
