Retention Management Report

This report deletes archived resources whose retention period has expired. If you run the report without selecting the Delete Expired command, the result list displays all archived resources with expired retention period. From the result list you can choose the resources that should be deleted permanently and execute the Delete expired command.

You can configure the following setting for this report:

The system runs the report according to the settings. Once the report has finished, you can view the result by choosing the name of the report from the list of the reports. If you want to see the reports exported in the XML files, choose  Content Administration  KM Content  root  Reporting  Reports  System Administration  Archiving Tools  Retention Management  or open the View Report Result screen by choosing the report and then from the ID parameter choosing the XML file.
