Use

The following are the standard item attributes which can be used as dynamic parameters for actions or in filter expressions and display attributes for views.

The identifier of the connector that fetched the item

The user (if any) that created the item or initiated the workflow process. Is a portal user id if available.

Due date of the item as specified by the sender or workflow

executionUrl

URL to directly execute the item. Usually this is not used; items are instead executed by actions which also allow dynamic URL construction.

The identifier of the item in the external provider system

The type of the item in the provider system; for example, the task id for Business Workflow systems. Usually used by the item type criteria to determine the UWL item type

Number of text or html notes attached to the item

Priority of the item: very high, high, medium, or low
