Restarting the UWL ServiceLocate this document in the navigation structure

Context

You can restart the UWL service without restarting the portal.

Procedure

  1. In the SAP NetWeaver Administrator choose Start of the navigation path Operations Next navigation step Systems Next navigation step Start&Stop End of the navigation path.
  2. Select the Java Applications tab.
  3. Select com.sap.netweaver.bc.uwl application within the results.
  4. Choose Restart.
  5. As a result, the following message appears: "Application is restarting asynchronously. You can see the current state by choosing the "Refresh" button in the status table".
