
You can change the display of the due date for collaboration tasks in the UWL. In addition, you should assign the correct time zone, country and language to the users.
Changing Time Settings for Collaboration Tasks
Navigate to System .
Choose .
Choose Edit and change the time settings.

This is related to the time field option on the user interface in the collaboration task wizard. Select the time interval from the dropdown list. Default is Not set . Recommendation
We recommend to set the default to 30 minutes. |

Days Offset |
This is related to the task completion date in the collaboration task wizard. It is the number of days that is added to the current date for task completion. Default is seven days. |
Changing Time Zone and Country Settings
Make sure that the correct time zone, country and language settings are assigned to the users. If these are not specified, the collaboration task uses the system default.
Using the defaults could lead to incorrect due date display in a collaboration task dealing with users from different time zones and locales.
Navigate to .
Search for the user for whom you want to make the required changes.
Under the detailed information of the selected user, choose Modify .
On the General Information tab, change the Language parameter as appropriate.
Go to the Contact Information tab and change the Country and Time Zone parameters as appropriate.
When you launch a new task, the description field is changed as per your new settings. When you create a task the due date settings in the collaboration task wizard are also changed.
