The Change and Transport System (CTS) has been enhanced so that in addition to ABAP objects, you can now also transport Java objects (J2EE, JEE) and SAP-specific non-ABAP technologies - such as SLD data - in your landscape. By using this enhanced Change and Transport System (CTS), you can import all objects that are relevant for the transport into a target system whereby the system performs the required deployment step automatically.
The following steps describe how you can use CTS to transport SLD data in your landscape.
The enhanced CTS functions are available with SAP NetWeaver 7.0 SPS 13 and higher. Therefore, your SLD systems must be running on SAP NetWeaver 7.0 SPS 13 or higher.
You have created a non-ABAP source SLD system and a non-ABAP target SLD system in CTS.
You have logged on as a user with SLD administration rights.
You have performed the following configuration steps:
Configure a destination service.
Choose a file transfer method.
Choose a transport strategy.

Open the home page of your source SLD system at http://<host>:<port>/sld.
On the initial screen, proceed according to the object you want to export:
If you want to export a product or a software component, choose Software Components .
orYou can only export non-SAP products and software components.
If you want to export a technical system or a business system, choose Business Systems.
orSelect the objects you want to export and choose Export .
Depending on your transport strategy, a transport request is then proposed or you have to create one by choosing Create/Select Request .
If you want to use a different request to the one proposed, select the required request by choosing Create/Select Request and then choose Refresh .
In the Note field, enter a short description of your request.
To attach the export to the transport request, choose Attach Exported Data .
If you want to attach further objects to the transport request, choose Home and proceed as described in steps 2 to 5.
To release the transport request, choose Process Requests .
To make the transported objects available in your target SLD system, you have to import them into the system.
