 Segmentation Models

In Segmentation Models, you can manage segmentation models, and you can start the customer segmentation from a model. Use the following actions:

  • Choose New Segmentation Model to create a model, and start the segmentation based on this model.

Use the input help to select a segmentation profile.

Note that each segmentation model is based on a segmentation profile. You maintain segmentation profiles in Customizing for SAP Hybris Marketing under Start of the navigation path  Segmentation End of the navigation path.

  • Display a list of All Segmentation Models that are available in the system.

Note that the total number of models is also displayed when you choose this option.

  • Search for specific segmentation models.

Enter the name or ID in the search field and press Enter. You can use the search to filter the list of models by entering only a part of the name or ID. Note that any occurrence of the alphanumeric string you enter is found in the name or ID of the models.

  • Display a list of My Segmentation Models.

All models that you have created with the current user are listed. Note that the number of your models is also displayed when you choose this option.

  • Select one or more segmentation models and choose Delete Segmentation Models to delete the models.

Note that you can only delete a segmentation model when the according authorization is granted to you at the segmentation profile on which the model is based.

    Note Note

To grant the authorization to delete segmentation models maintain the authorization object GSEG_START.
