iChart Legend

You can use this function to configure the appearance and behavior of the legend on your SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) charts.

Features

The following table lists the iChart legend properties:

Show Legend	ShowLegend	Boolean	If selected, the system displays the legend on the chart.
Show Legend as Popup	ShowLegendAsPopup	Boolean	If selected, the system displays the legend as a popup.
Show Actual Point Values	ShowScooter	Boolean	If selected, the system displays scooter values in the legend when you move your mouse pointer over the chart.
Delimiter	FieldSeparator	String	Character used to append multiple string values when you create virtual tag names
Background Color	LegendBackgroundColor	Color	Color of the background of the legend
Border Color	LegendBorderColor	Color	Color of the border of the legend
Border Color of Selected Row	LegendSelectionBorderColor	Color	Color of the border around a selected legend item
Label Color	LegendLabelColor	Color	If the Use Data Series Color checkbox is not selected, enter a color for the legend labels.
Font	LegendFontFace	String	Font used for the legend text
Font Size	LegendFontSize	Integer	Font size for the legend text
Font Style	LegendFontStyle	Integer	Font style of the legend text
Width	LegendWidth	Integer	Width of the legend
Height	LegendHeight	Integer	Height of the legend
Show Legend on Top	LegendOnTop	Boolean	Displays the legend on top of the chart
Legend Orientation	LegendOrientation	Integer	Determines the layout of the legend values. You have the following options: 0 Auto, which determines the best layout based on legend height and width 1 Horizontal, which displays the values left to right 2 Vertical, which displays the values top to bottom
Show Tag Names	LegendShowTagName	Boolean	Determines if the legend item contains the name of the tag
Show Tag Descriptions	LegendShowTagDescription	Boolean	Determines if the legend item contains the description for the tag, or data series
Show Values	LegendShowValue	Boolean	Displays tag values next to the legend items. You can only use this function with charts that have one data value per legend item.
Use Data Series Color	LegendUsePenColor	Boolean	Draws legend text using the selected data series color. If the checkbox is not selected, the system uses the LegendLabelColor property.

Activities

You can set the properties for your iChart template on the Legend screen in the SAP MII W orkbenchand change these parameter values in individual applets through scripting.
