NWDI Configuration
You use the NWDI Configuration
screen to configure SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) to work with SAP NetWeaver Development Infrastructure (NWDI).
You must be logged on to NWDI to use the content management functions in the SAP MII Workbench.
You have already installed an NWDI instance and configured it for content development in SAP MII. For more information, see the installation guide for SAP MII on the SAP Service Marketplace at http://service.sap.com/instguides
When you enable NWDI integration, you must select an NWDI development configuration. SAP MII stores its content in the Design Time Repository (DTR) based on the selected configuration. Extended NWDI support enables the Component Build Service (CBS) for SAP MII content and activates DTR activities. If you use extended NWDI support, you must enter the name of the support component.
For more information about NWDI, see the SAP Library for SAP NetWeaver on the SAP Help Portal at http://help.sap.com.
