i5Chart Chart Area

You can:

Choose your SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) chart type, colors, and fonts
Configure general chart parameters and behaviors

Features

The following table lists the i5Chart chart area properties:

Property Name	Parameter Name	Data Type	Use
Chart Type	ChartType	String	See Available Chart Types.
Chart Shape	ChartShape	String	For gauge charts, you can select Full Circle or Half Circle
Horizontal Grid Line Count	GaugeRows	Integer	For gauge charts, determines the number of grid rows
Number of Vertical Grid Lines	GaugeColumns	Integer	For gauge charts, determines the number of grid columns
Horizontal Grid Color	HorizontalGridColor	Color	Determines the color of the horizontal grid line
Vertical Grid Color	VerticalGridColor	Color	Determines the color of the vertical grid line
Marker Size	MarkerSize	Integer	For line charts, defines the size of the data point markers
Marker Style	MarkerStyle	Integer	For line charts, defines the default marker style for the data points. For different markers for each line, define them by data series. Zero equals no marker. Following are the different marker styles: 0 – Diamond 1 – Circle 2 – Triangle Left 3 – Triangle Down 4 – Triangle right 5 – Cross 6 – Triangle Up
Allow Item Selection	EnableItemSelection	Boolean	Select this checkbox to allow the selection of an item (such as a marker or bar) in the chart area.
Show Horizontal Grid	ShowHorizontalGrid	Boolean	If you select this checkbox, the horizontal grid lines are displayed on the chart.
Show Vertical Grid	ShowVerticalGrid	Boolean	If you select this checkbox, the vertical grid lines are displayed on the chart.
Legend Description Label	LegendDescriptionLabel	String	Enter text to precede the tag description in the area below the chart.
User Locale Format	UseLocaleFormat	Boolean	If you select this checkbox, the date and time values displayed in the applet time bar are based on the user's locale format.
Show Value by Marker	ShowValueByMarker	Boolean	If this checkbox is selected, the applet displays the value of the marker on the chart in the following location: For line charts, above the marker For bar charts, above the bar For pie charts, outside of the pie, near the middle of the slice
Glossy Effect	`Glossy`	Boolean	If you select this checkbox, the charts rendered will be printed with a glossy finish.
Show Legend	`ShowLegend`	Boolean	If you select this checkbox, the legend appears on the right side of the chart.
Show Tooltip	`ShowTooltip`	Boolean	This checkbox enables display and hiding of the tooltip on the chart when you hover over the chart.

Activities

You can set these properties for your chart template on the Chart Area screen in the SAP MII Workbench and change the parameter values through web page scripting.
