The Plant Information Catalog screen contains the hierarchy of tags and groups created from the working version after approval. The working version contains a number of features like add, copy, modify, and delete groups and tags but the plant information catalog cannot be edited.

You can do the following with the live catalog:

  • Browse different tag catalogs located in different MII instances.

  • Filter the tags based on category levels for a particular plant information catalog of a particular MII instance.

  • View the different properties associated with tags like general properties, property sets, and custom properties.

  • Collapse the whole tree structure.

  • View the Inactive column of a plant tag catalog.

  • Use the Export function.

  • Search for tags and groups using Basic and Advanced features.

    You can use the Basic (=default setting) for tags and groups to enter the following search criteria:

    • Name

    • Namespace

    • Keyword

    • Description

    • Approved Since

    • Approved By

    • Applied Since

    • Applied By

    To access the following detailed search criteria, choose Advanced.

    You can search for a group/tag based on the following additional properties:

    Property Set

    Enter the property set.

    Property

    Enter the property.

    Created Since

    Select a date.

    Changed Since

    Select a date.

    Description

    Enter a description.

    Inactive Tags

    When you select the check box, the inactive tags matching the other search criteria are displayed.

    This search is applicable only for tags.

Note Note

You cannot use wild card characters for the Created Since, Changed Since, Applied Since, Approved Since, Property Set, and Category fields.

  1. The search criteria support only the “*” wildcard.

  2. You have to set the language while creating a user in NWA for locale-based searches on descriptions. If no language is specified, the system locale is the default language.
