An SAP MII Workbench application for displaying content that is linked to the Design Time Repository (DTR) and has a version.

Shared projects are used in content management.

You can share a local project.

Content for shared projects resides in the SAP MII server database; the master copy of the content resides on the Development Infrastructure server in the configured DTR.

When a project is unshared, the project content that was last synchronized from the DTR to the SAP MII database resides on the server until it is manually removed. If a project is shared, the contents of the project are synchronized with the contents of the DTR.

If the project does not exist, the DI is responsible for creating the project workspace. If the project exists, the contents of the DTR are synchronized with the contents of the project. Files that do not match the DTR are overwritten so they are synchronized with the DTR.
