Date Range for Queries
You use the Date Range screen to assign parameters for SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) time-sensitive queries. In tag and alarm queries, the date filter is applied to the Time column. In a SQL query, the date filter is applied to the DateColumn, which is set on the SQL Query Details screen.
Note
SAP MII supports the Gregorian calendar only.
The priority of the date selections is as follows:
Schedule
Time Period
Time
Start Date and End Date
The following table describes some of the date range parameters:
Parameter | Description |
Duration Duration Units | Used when the Time parameter is used or the Start Date and End Date parameters are not provided |
Schedule | Based on the configuration, the current shift and previous shift are determined by the system and the appropriate time period parameters are used in the query |
Interval Count | Divides the overall query time into even segments |
Note
If your end date is set to a future date, you can change it to the current date and time of the server. Therefore, you can review a Shift to Date or Week to Date query without using the full duration and the chart uses the entire x-axis to show data.
