Link Editor 
As an administrator, you use the Link Editorto assign a name and description to Web and SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) content URLs.
You allow users to access a URL by assigning roles to the URL. Members of the assigned role can subscribe to the URL by adding it to their home page. For more information, see Configuring Navigation.
Features
You can create URL references from the following:
URLs from the SAP MII Workbench or external URLs on the SAP MII Web server
SAP MII objects, from the SAP MII Templates folder on the server
Activities
To use the Link Editor, on the SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence administration menu, choose 
Content Development 
Workbench 
. On the SAP MII Workbench, choose Tools Link Editor .
If you want to see the content in the Name list for a particular role, select a role from the Filter by Roledropdown list.
To remove a URL from your configuration, click Delete.
Note
The system does not remove the URL from existing home pages and it still works.
