You can use the Dynamic Page Generator to create SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII) HTML page content or a ChartServlet URL by doing the following:

This function displays a new browser window and automatically creates Web content when you click Generate Page or Generate Image.

  • Generate Page creates an applet that displays dynamic data.

  • Generate Image creates a static view of the data.

Prerequisites

  • You have already configured query templates and display templates.

  • You have HTML experience.

Procedure

  1. To generate your Web page, on the SAP MII administration menu, choose   Content Development   Workbench  .

  2. In the SAP MII Workbench, choose   Tools   Dynamic Page Generator.  

  3. To view, select, cut, and paste the HTML code, do the following:

    1. Click Generate Page.

    2. Choose   View   Source  in your browser.

    3. Highlight the HTML code between and including the <APPLET> tags.

      This is the code for the JAVA applet displayed on the screen.

    4. Copy the code into an existing Web page.
