Use

You can display both the archived and the active (non-archived) loan document headers and loan document items for selected loans.

Procedure

Choose Position Management ® Periodic Processing ® Reorganization ® Archiving ® Display Individual Documents

Enter a company code and the loan in question. You can choose to display just the archived documents or the archived and the non-archived documents for the loan. Run the report.

Result

The system displays detailed information for the loan documents, separated according to archived and non-archived documents, using SAP List Viewer (ALV) Grid Control (BC-SRV-ALV) .
