Fix

Fixing a markup object keeps the markup object in the position where it was created. For example, if you highlight a piston in a motor with an arrow, and then rotate the motor, the position of the arrow is constantly recalculated and rotates with the motor.

  • Activate the fix mode by clicking on ( ) (Fix).

You can verify that the fix mode is active. Place the cursor on the 3D model. The current cursor position is displayed by a little anchor symbol.

  • Select the desired markup function. For example, if you want to draw a line click on ( ) .

  • Click on the model a second time to position the markup object.
