Resetting Application Data on the ClientLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

The mobile client for laptop stores application data in its local database. In the unlikely event of this data getting corrupted, you can reset the application data.

When you reset, the client sends a request to the Data Orchestration Engine (DOE). On this request, the DOE sends all the relevant application data to the client. The application data in your client database is then replaced with the data sent by the DOE.

Prerequisite

You have a connection available for connecting to the DOE.

Procedure
  1. On the mobile client homepage, choose Settings.
  2. Choose Synchronization Settings → Advanced → Reset.
