 Displaying a Where-Used List for a Reference Operation Set Locate this document in the navigation structure

Proceed as follows to display a where-used list of the routings in which a reference operation set/reference rate routing is used:

  1. From the routings menu, select the menu options   Reporting   Where-used   Ref. operation sets.  

  2. You reach the Use of Reference Operation Sets in Task Lists: Selection screen

  3. To display a where-used list for a reference rate routing, set the ref. rate routing indicator.

  4. Enter the group and group counter of the reference operation set/reference rate routing. The system displays all routings valid on the key date you enter. If you do not enter a key date, the system displays all routings in which the reference operation set or reference rate routing is used.

  5. Enter the task list types for which you want to generate a where-used list. Note that you cannot make a generic entry in the type from fields.

    You can narrow down the search by entering the following data:

    – status

    – usage

    – routing plant

    – group

    – material number or material short text

  6. If you also want to see routings that have already been deleted online but still exist on the database, set the Extended log indicator.

  7. Select an overview variant. To select an overview variant, select the menu options   Settings   Object overview   or press the function key Object overview .

  8. You reach the Enter overview variant dialog box. Enter the desired overview variant and press Continue.

  9. Select the menu options   Goto   Execute   .

  10. You see a list of all routings which use the reference operation set/reference rate routing.

  11. To see the extended log with the list of deleted task lists, select the menu options   Goto   Log   .

You see the extended log with a list of all usages in deleted task lists, sequences and operations as long as these objects have not been physically deleted from the database.

Proceed as follows to call up the detail screen for a routing object (for example, header details):

Position the cursor on the corresponding object or select it and the menu options   Goto   Details   .

Proceed as follows to call up the overview screen for a routing object (for example, routing overview):

Position the cursor on the corresponding object or select it and select the menu options   Goto   Choose   .
