Sometimes you need to determine which documents you want to process with more than one using the find function more than once. Perhaps you need to execute find functions more than once with different search criteria. A document list appears after each execution. You can process individual or all documents from the find results list. Worklists allow you to process related documents from different document lists.
Note
The worklist is saved temporarily. It is deleted when you call
again.You must start find functions with different search functions.
Choose
.Enter your search criteria and choose Execute .

You see the Document List According to Selection screen.
Select the documents you want to process and choose ( ) (Fill worklist) .
The system copies your selected documents to the worklist. The function Worklist is now active in the function bar.

You can display the contents of the worklist by selecting Worklist . You can return to the document list by selecting ( ) (Back) .
You finish processing the document list after copying the data that you require into the worklist.
Select ( ) (Back). The Find document: Selection criteria screen reappears.
Enter the new selection criteria and start the find function again.
The Document List According to Selection screen reappears. The temporary worklist still exists and the function worklist is active.
Select the documents you want to process and choose ( ) (Fill worklist) .
The system adds the selected documents into the existing worklist.
You can carry out functions and process one or more documents after you have set up the worklist.
