Use

This report displays the commitments line items posted to the cost centers. A commitment shows that actual costs are to be incurred at a future date, for example, due to the entry of a purchase order with account assignment to a cost center. When the actual costs are incurred, the commitments are reduced, that is to say, the corresponding line items can no longer be displayed after this time.
