From the Kanban menu, choose  Control Cycle Kanban Calculation Check Proposal.

The initial screen for the evaluation and adoption of the kanban calculation for the circulation data in the control cycle appears.

Enter the plant in which you want to check the kanban calculation.

Enter the desired selection criteria according to your requirements. If you need more criteria for selection than are provided on the initial screen, choose Extended Selection .

You can also limit the selection of the calculated circulation data by entering tolerance values for the current control cycle data. The system then only offers the control cycles that deviate from the current data according to your stipulations.

Choose Enter .

The overview screen for checking and adopting the kanban calculation appears. For more information on the result list, see Checking and Adopting the Calculation Results

You can adopt the kanban circulation data for individual control cycles.

To do this, select one or more rows and choose  Edit Adopt Next Change For Selected.

You can adopt the kanban circulation data for all control cycles selected in the overview.

To do so, choose  Edit Adopt Next Change For All .

You can adopt the calculated number of kanbans or the calculated quantity for all control cycles whose change date lies before a date you selected.

To do so, choose  Edit Adopt Next Change For Change to .

A dialog box appears, in which you can enter the desired date.

Instead of the calculated default value, you can adopt a default value that you can choose yourself. You can enter a value for the next quantity or next number of kanbans in the corresponding field that is ready to accept input. When you save, this value is then adopted.

If you Choose Continue before saving, the change proposals are adopted in the first two columns for the next quantity or for the next number of kanban containers and the calculated values flagged for adoption.
