You use this activity to perform sampling on SFC numbers at quality inspection relevant operations for shop order received from SAP ERP with quality inspection lot. This activity is triggered after you have chosen Compete in the POD (see Quality Inspection Lot and SAP ME ERP Integration (SAPMEINT)).
You have set the ERP Integration Active rule to True in System Rule Maintenance (see ERP Integration Rules).
You have received a shop order with an inspection lot and a DC group for inspection lot results based on the data received from SAP ERP (QM) (see Transfer of Production Order with Quality Inspection Lot).

SFC Group |
The unique identifier of the group of SFC numbers selected for sampling Choose the identifier link to open SFC Group Detail screen and view the list of original SFC members of the group. |
SFC Group Size |
The total quantity of SFC numbers in the group. In case of serialized SFC numbers, this size equals the quantity of SFC numbers in the group. Note that this is not the value of the SFC numbers selected. |
Sample SFC |
Indicates the ID of the SFC number to be sampled If the SFC number has a quantity of 1 and has been selected as a sample SFC number, the value is the same as in the Original SFC column and cannot be changed. If the SFC number has a quantity greater than 1 and has been selected as a sample SFC number, a new value shall be provided. The cell behavior depends on the GENERATE_ID activity rule. |
