(1) Process organizational structure	Basis → Business Management → SAP Business Workflow → Edit organizational plan
(2) Perform task-specific Customizing (a)	Quality Management → Quality Notification → Notification Processing → Activate workflow template
(3) Perform task-specific Customizing (b)	Quality Management → Quality Notification → Notification Processing → Activate workflow template
