Use

You enter meter readings manually to supply consumption-dependent service charge keys with the correct measurement (consumption) in the settlement period. (Or you can enter meter readings automatically using building control station systems.)

Procedure

You enter meter readings in the Plant Maintenance (PM) component. There you can use the functions described below.

On the SAP Easy Access screen, choose:

  Accounting   Flexible Real Estate Management   Service Charge Settlement   Master Data   Meter  

  • Measurement Document for Measuring Point

    Edit meter readings for an individual measuring point of an individual building or an individual rental object

  • Measurement Document for Rental Object

    Edit meter readings for all measuring points or meters of an individual building, rental object, or settlement unit.

  • Entry List

    Enter measurement values for measurement points and meters in a freely definable sequence using entry lists (for example, as work distribution for a meter reader). For this you first have to create an entry list. Then you enter the measurement values in this list later.

    Service charge settlement only enters measurement values for rental objects
