Use

You use this procedure to create a namespace folder manually in the MIME Repository.

Note

When you create a BSP or a Web Dynpro application in the respective namespace, a namespace folder is created automatically in the MIME Repository. See also Creating BSP Applications .

Prerequisites

You can use only namespace folders that have already been predefined in the system. Use the F4 help function to obtain their ID.

Procedure
  1. Open the Object Navigator (transaction SE80) and switch to the MIME Repository.
  2. In the folder hierarchy, choose the BSP or the Web Dynpro folder.
  3. Choose Additional Functions → Create Namespace Folder.

    The Create Namespace Folder dialog box appears.

  4. Choose the respective entry using the F4 help.
  5. Choose Continue.

    The Create Object Catalog Entry dialog box appears.

  6. Assign a package and choose Save.
