Search Criteria
You can enter selection criteria before you start the search. By specifying search data, you can limit the results list as closely as possible to the documents that you need for the current processing situation.
You can find documents according to the following criteria:
Document data (such as key fields, administration data)
Note
Listed under the possible entries for the Document Type are the document types that can be used for processing in the Web interface (activity Define Document Type for Web Application ).
You can also enter a document type that is defined under the control data, even if no specific settings exist for it for processing in the Web interface. Documents of this document type are only listed in the results list. You cannot process these documents any further.
Class data (such as enterprise-specific additional data)
Objects that are linked with the document
Open text search (such as character strings from the original application file)
Results List
The search result is presented in a results list. This list contains all the documents that meet your search requirements. Twelve documents are listed per page. Scroll functions make it easier to edit. Being able to specify the page simplifies the process of orientation in the working environment.
