Distributing, Editing and Posting Activity Differences

Choose Accounting Controlling Product Cost Controlling Actual Costing/Material Ledger Material Ledger Actual Costing Distribute Consumption Differences Distribute Activity Differences.
Enter the required data for the cost center , activity type or business process
Choose Execute .
The screen Distribution of Activity Differences appears

Function	Menu Path	Result
Distribute Activity Differences	Choose Distribute (Distribute differences)	The activity differences occurred in the selected creation period are distributed to orders (Production orders, internal orders, Process orders and so on)
Edit Activity Differences	Select a line with the status distribution complete or distribution error, and choose Details (display/change default distribution) Using change mode, you can edit the difference quantities and the activity differences to be distributed. In addition to this you can choose whether you want the activity differences to be distributed to an order, the finished product, or to a product cost collector If you manually enter an item, then you still able to decide whether to distribute the activity differences to an order, product cost collector or to the finished material
Post Activity Differences	Choose Post (Post selected differences)	The activity differences will be posted in accordance to any changes that you have made.
Display posted activity differences	Select a line and choose Details (Display/Change default distribution)	You can go from the display to a controlling document.
