Create |
You can create a link to an original in your local network with the document info record, and check it into a central storage system (secure storage area).

Process |
You can process an original application file. Normally you can find these files in a central storage system. In this case you must first load these original application files.
Recommendation Make a note of this local storage location. End of the recommendation.
This means that the document is reserved uniquely for the user who loaded it. Another user cannot load it. A loaded original application file is indicated by the ( ) icon on the data sheet.
If you have completed editing the original application file, you can link the new processing status to the document info record once again. To do this start WebDocuments. Edit the document info record in the display mode, and check in the original application file. |
Check In |
You can check in originals, which are saved in the local network, into a storage system. The following originals are indicated by the ( ) icon:
To do this start WebDocuments. Process the document info record in the change mode.

Delete |
You can delete the link between a document info record and an original. The original application file itself is not deleted.

Reset |
You can use this function to undo changes you have made to a loaded original application file. All actions that you carried out since loading are reversed. The original application file is returned to its pre-loading condition.
