  Invoke Plant Overview (List-Based) Locate this document in the navigation structure

Procedure

From the menu, choose LogisticsProductionKanbanEvaluations Plant Overview.

The initial screen of the plant overview appears.

Select the List-Based Display indicator.

Enter the necessary data.

Enter the desired plant.

Select the List-Based Display indicator.

Enter the desired selection criteria according to your requirements.

If you need additional selection criteria, you can use the Extended Selection facility Choose Extended Selection and enter your selection criteria in the subsequent dialog box.

You can preset the sorting of the control cycles that are displayed.

Sorting according to material number

This means that material numbers are sorted numerically or alphabetically

Sorting according to production supply area

This means that production supply areas are sorted numerically or alphabetically

Sorting according to urgency with tracking limit maximum empty

In this case, urgency is the quotient resulting from the number of empty kanbans in the control cycle divided by the total number of kanbans in the control cycle.

This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

Urgency with tracking limit is calculated according to the following formula:

=number of empty kanbans - tracking limit maximum empty number of kanbans in control cycle

All kanbans with the following statuses are regarded as "empty":

Waiting

Empty

In transit

In process

Kanbans with errors do not count as "empty".

Sorting according to urgency without tracking limit maximum empty

Urgency without tracking limit maximum empty is calculated according to the following formula:

= number of empty kanbans number of kanbans in control cycle

You see an overview of the kanban control cycles for the specified plant.

The status for the kanbans in the control cycle is displayed in the Kanbans column. The different statuses of the kanbans are represented by colored bars. Choose Legend to see the meaning of the colors.
