Reassigning the Client DeviceLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

The need for reassignment arises when you and your client device move to a new a location, and you must connect to a different server to synchronize your data.

In most cases, the system administrator reassigns your device and sends you a notification. However, if the reassignment does not happen either due to a network connectivity problem or some other reason, you can manually reassign your device. You can then register your device with the new Data Orchestration Engine (DOE) to complete the reassignment.

  • A valid user ID and a password in the DOE.
