Logging on to MobileClient Using Single Sign OnLocate this document in the navigation structure

Use

Single Sign On (SSO) is the mechanism that eliminates the need for you to enter password for every system you log on to. The mobile client for laptops uses the SAPNetWeaver Portal server to enable SSO for the client. Once your administrator enables SSO, you must log on using the portal server.

Prerequisites
  • You have valid and identical user IDs for the portal server and the mobile client for laptops.
  • You have shut down the mobile client for laptops.
Procedure
  1. In the web browser, enter the URL to log on to the portal server.
  2. Enter the User ID and the Password, and then choose Log on.
  3. Choose Home → Public Documents.
  4. Locate and choose the SAPNetWeaver Mobile client hyperlink.

The SAPNetWeaver Mobile client home page appears displaying one or more applications that are assigned to you.
