 Calling up a Hierarchy Graphic Locate this document in the navigation structure

Prerequisites

The hierarchy is presented in the hierarchy graphic as a tree diagram. You can call it up from both work center maintenance and hierarchy maintenance.

If you call up the hierarchy graphic from hierarchy maintenance , you can edit the hierarchy structure. To do this following functions are available:

If you call up the hierarchy graphic from work center maintenance , you can only display the hierarchy graphic but cannot edit it.

You can change how the graphic is displayed (colors, partitioning, highlighting of selected objects) by choosing Settings .

Procedure

Calling up the hierarchy graphic from hierarchy maintenance

Choose   Goto   Graphic   .

You can now edit the hierarchy graphic

Calling up the hierarchy graphic from work center maintenance

  1. Choose   Goto   Hierarchy   Relationships   or

  2.   Goto   Hierarchy   Relationships detail   .

  3. Choose   Goto   Hierarchy   Hierarchy graphic   .
