Selecting Views

All views that you can apply to the current list are listed in the View dropdown list box. By default, this dropdown list box is located at two positions:

in the Settings dialog box

in the application toolbar for the list

The following views are listed in alphabetical order:

Your own views (if you have saved any)
Views provided by the system
Default view

Procedure

To select a view and apply all the settings saved with that view to the list, select the name of the view from the View dropdown list box.
If you used the dropdown list box in the Settings dialog box, apply the settings to the list.
All settings saved in the list are applied to the list.
