In BEx Web applications you can access a context menu, in the analysis table and navigation pane, by right-clicking on a cell text (characteristic, characteristic value, key figure) or by clicking a cell value.
The context menu offers various functions, depending on the cell context, the Web item and the settings when designing the BEx Web application:

Back |
Choose Back if you want to undo a navigation step on the underlying DataProvider. |
Filter |
Filters the data according to various criteria. For more information, see Filters. |
Change Drilldown |
Changes the display of the data with different functions. More information: Change Drilldown. |
Print Version |
Generates a print version of the Web application as a PDF file. More information: Printing BEx Applications |
Broadcast and Export |
Broadcasts the Web application to other users by e-mail or in the portal. Alternatively you can schedule the Web application for printing or export it to Microsoft Excel. For more information, see Broadcast and Export. |
Goto |
Choose Goto → <Jump Target 1> if you want to navigate to jump targets using the report-report interface. Depending on the report types that the author of the query has selected in the sender-receiver assignment, the following possible targets are available: ● Start another query or additional Web applications, where the entry variants are filled by the context-sensitive information of the selected cells of the sender query. ● Start Web-capable reports, functions, and transactions inside and outside of the BW system. |
In the analysis grid or navigation pane of a Web application, choose the required function in the context menu for the text in a cell.
