Procedure

Choose   Accounting   Controlling   Product Cost Controlling   Product Cost Planning   Material Costing   Costing Run   Selection List   Edit   .

Editing an Existing Selection List

  1. Enter the selection list you want to edit, and choose Enter .

  2. To delete materials from the selection list that do not have an accounting view or costing view in the material master, choose ( ) Additional Selection Criteria .

  3. To delete individual materials, select the row and choose ( ) with quick info text Delete Row .

  4. If you need additional data on a material, you can access the material master data by double-clicking on the material.

  5. Save the selection list.

Creating a Selection List

  1. Choose ( ) with quick info text Create (F5) .

  2. Enter a name for the selection list and a short text.

  3. Enter the materials and their plants.

  4. Save the selection list.

Result

The selection list is shown in display mode. It is now available for executing costing runs.
