Distributing Consumption Differences 
Purpose
If you use backflushing, the withdrawal of components as well as the consumed activity differences for an order with planned quantities will be posted. The differences for these plan quantities are generated when you create an inventory or a manual activity posting. you can the distribute the differences proportionally to:
the corresponding orders
the finished product
the product cost collector
.
Note
You can only debit a material with the proportional costs from the inventory when distributing material consumption differences

Distributing Inventory Differences
If you distribute inventory differences to orders and/or to product cost collectors this results in the posting of goods movements, when subsequently debiting the material or finished product, then values are posted.
The distribution of inventory differences refers to:
Warehouse Stock
Batch Stock
Execute the Physical Inventory .
If you want to distribute inventory differences, you must set the indicator distribute differences
You can also distribute inventory differences if you have implemented the decentralized warehouse management system (WMS). In this case, you set the indicator distribute differences when creating the physical inventory document
Generate the default distribution for the consumption differences
