Procedure documentationCreating Repetitive Manufacturing Profiles Using the Assistant Locate this document in the navigation structure

The Repetitive Manufacturing profile assistant simplifies the process of creating repetitive manufacturing profiles. It takes you step-by-step through a series of questions, enabling you to create a profile exactly suited to your production environment. The assistant proposes pre-set answers. Depending on which answer you select, the assistant takes you on to the next appropriate screen. This ensures that you make all the relevant settings. The assistant also skips any irrelevant questions. You can branch back to the previous screens at any time to modify answers. At the end of the process, you can name and save your new profile.

You can also enter a profile as a template. In this case, the system prefills answers with the settings from the template profile. You can change the default answers as required, then save the modified profile under a new name.
