  • No entry in error table in case of lock situations

  • Enter all unprocessed confirmations in error table

Switch Confirmation Fields to 'Ready to Accept Input'

For the list types order headers and production lists , you can specify in the Switch Confirmation Fields to Changeable field on the Mass Processing tab page that certain fields on the confirmation list are to be ready to accept input. This is only possible in connection with the confirmation type Enter Confirmation for Order . The Switch Confirmation Fields to Changeable field is also offered in the case of the list type Operations , but only in connection with the confirmation type Enter Time Ticket . If you set this indicator, you can enter the the real actual quantities. This is possible for the following fields:

  • Yield

  • Scrap

  • Rework

  • Unit of measure

  • Reason for variance

In addition, you can use the Default Values field to specify whether or not the changeable quantity fields are to be prepopulated with default values when the list is displayed.

You can choose between the following options:

  • No default values

The system does not suggest/preset any data.

  • Suggest planned values

The system suggests the quantity still to be confirmed according to the planning. In addition, the automatically determined confirmation type is suggested.

  • Suggest fixed values

If you choose this option, the system shows the fields Confirmation Type, Yield, Scrap Quantity, Rework Quantity, and Unit of Measure. You can prepopulate these fields with values. The system then adopts these values for the confirmation.

    Note Note

If one of the enterable fields is not actually to be ready to accept input or is to be hidden, you can specify this in transaction COISF. For more information, refer to the system documentation on COISF.

    End of the note.
