A variety of settings for the redlining function bar allow the notes and comments to be optimized for the current tasks of the user. These settings are saved according to user for the work center where the user is active.
These settings influence the display of original application files in all formats.
You display the original application file with the integrated viewer in the standard SAP system. You selected the redlining function in the viewer function bar (
).In the redlining function bar choose Settings ( ) .
You get the Enter Markup Options dialog window. The following overview displays the tab pages on which you can maintain the settings for 2D formats, and 3D models.
