Use

You have various options for editing within the print list. For example, you can define which information is to be shown at what point in the list, or you can use various criteria to filter the list.

Prerequisites

From the pull list, you must create a list with component requirements and replenishment elements. For more information, see Accessing the Pull List .

You now have various options for editing:

You can print out the list you have displayed.

You can dispatch the list either as fax or as mail.

You can filter the list by a specific entry.

You can total quantities by selecting a column and choosing Total values .

You can create various display variants and define one of them as default variant. The display variant defines:

By choosing Select display variant , you can display all the variants and select which ones you want.

You can export the list in a word processing or spreadsheet program in order to evaluate the results.

You can sort the list in ascending or descending order, by selecting a column and choosing Sort in ascending order or Sort in descending order .

You can scroll through the columns in the list.
